Cornerstone Medical Recruitment is seeking experienced Emergency and acute-trained Registered Nurses for multiple contract opportunities across Multi-Purpose Service sites throughout regional and rural New South Wales.

Opportunities are available across Far West NSW, Northern NSW, Western NSW, Hunter New England and additional regional locations.

These contracts are ideal for adaptable nurses who are confident working across emergency, acute inpatient and aged care settings within smaller rural facilities.

About the Contracts

Multi-Purpose Services provide a combination of emergency, acute inpatient, subacute and residential aged care services to regional communities.

As a Registered Nurse, you may work across multiple areas of the facility depending on operational requirements. You will need strong clinical assessment skills, confidence managing acute presentations and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies with limited onsite resources.

Multiple contract lengths and start dates are available, with opportunities for ongoing and consecutive placements across New South Wales.

Essential Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Recent Emergency Department or acute nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment and escalation skills
• Confidence managing deteriorating and acutely unwell patients
• Ability to work across emergency, acute and aged care areas
• Current Advanced Life Support certification is highly regarded
• Triage competency is highly regarded
• Rural or Multi-Purpose Service experience is desirable
• Ability to work a fully rotational roster
